NEXCOM Launches Rugged Edge AI Computer for Smart Agriculture
New Taipei City, Taiwan – September 18, 2025 – NEXCOM has unveiled the ATC 3561-NA4C, a rugged Edge AI computer powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Orin Nano™, delivering up to 67 TOPS of AI performance. Built for smart farming and autonomous agricultural operations, the device is designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions while supporting advanced robotics applications such as planting, weeding, crop monitoring, and harvesting.
The ATC 3561-NA4C integrates powerful wired and wireless connectivity, making it equally suitable for broader applications in ADAS, AMRs, ITS, railway safety, and industrial automation.
Extensive Connectivity
The unit is equipped with four GbE PoE ports for cameras and LiDAR, alongside CAN bus, RS-232, digital I/O, and OTG interfaces for peripheral integration. Optional GNSS, 5G NR, and Wi-Fi 5/6 modules enable precise navigation and real-time communication with CPS (Cyber-Physical Systems), allowing adaptive AI model retraining directly in the field.
Additional features include M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD storage, HDMI output with HEVC/H.265 decoding, and multiple USB ports for display and user interaction. The system runs NEXCOM’s Acceleration Linux (NAL) OS with NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 pre-integrated.
Durability for Harsh Environments
Compact yet rugged, the palm-sized ATC 3561-NA4C complies with MIL-STD-810H standards, resisting vibration and shock while operating between -25°C and 65°C. Its thermal design ensures consistent AI performance even under extreme conditions. Power support ranges from DC 9V–36V with ignition control, and an optional fanless setup minimizes maintenance.

The ATC 3561-NA4C will be showcased at Embedded World North America, held November 4–6, 2025 at the Anaheim Convention Centre, Booth #6015. Visitors will experience its capabilities in real-world edge AI and agricultural robotics deployments.
