The Climate Corporation Welcomes Five New Platform Partners to Further Expand Farmers’ Access to Digital Agriculture Solutions

SAN FRANCISCO - The Climate Corporation, a subsidiary of Monsanto Company, announced the addition of five industry-leading partners to The Climate Corporation’s Climate FieldView™ digital agriculture platform. The new partners -- AgWorks, DroneDeploy, MyAgData, Sentera and Skymatics -- will deliver powerful new capabilities and tremendous value for farmers, expanding the industry’s broadest and fastest-growing digital platform.

In 2016, The Climate Corporation announced the creation of Climate FieldView platform, the industry’s first platform that combines its own tools with those of a growing list of digital agriculture partners. This approach enables farmers to easily access a broad and interconnected set of tools, services and data from both The Climate Corporation and other companies. Since the inception of FieldView, more than 25 partners have joined the platform, and discussions continue with many more agriculture technology providers.

“We are delighted to welcome these impressive companies into our expanding suite of platform partners,” said Vilas Rao, vice president of strategy at The Climate Corporation. “Climate will continue to add new digital agriculture providers to our growing FieldView™ partner community to accelerate innovation and increase value for farmers.”

This list includes five new platform partners, ranging in capabilities from data analytics to insurance reporting, to aerial imagery and drone software platforms.

AgWorks provides innovative software products that manage agronomy needs. These products are designed to support ag retailers and ultimately make it easy and efficient for farmers to build closer working relationships with their agronomists. AgWorks’ partnership with Climate enables joint customers to share their agronomic field data with their agronomic partners. MyAgData also supports USDA's Acreage Crop Reporting Streamlining Initiative. Learn more at myagdata.com/.

DroneDeploy is a leading cloud software platform for commercial drones.
